2016年6月13日付けで全面的に改訂されていたようで、見事に引っかかってしまいました。以下の項目に該当するようです。
5.1.2 Data Use and Sharing
(i) 事前同意と用途説明のない個人データの取り扱いは不可。
Apps cannot use or transmit someone’s personal data without first obtaining their permission and providing access to information about how and where the data will be used.
旧 17.1 に該当。
transmitからuse or transmitに変更。
プライバシーポリシーのURLを設定して、とりあえずTOP画面にリンクをつけて再申請してみます。がうがう。
